The Process in a Nutshell

Discovery
Q&A's to put ourselves in the Client's shoes and understand the business, challenges and goals. The Discovery sessions define and lock the test scope, Client expectations, budget and timelines.

Preparation
This stage defines the set-up of the processes and parameters that will be used during the testing, including the Test Data, Test Cases, Test Environments and Test Execution .

Execution
Test and validation activities ensure the testing scope. We execute the test steps outlined in Test Cases, planned during Preparation activities, on targeted Test Environments as per the agreed schedule.

Defects
Deviances from expectation encountered during test execution. This activity is looking at the uncovering, reporting and full lifecycle management of defects, including the re-testing.

Report
Reporting on the test status and progress, as well as the final report of execution, that encompasses all final test results.
